What is an integration?

In order to make Whichit’s ICC as useful as possible, we’ve opened ourselves up to a wide array of integrations. Whichit’s ICC has been bridged with many powerful applications to ease customer experiences and enhance functionalities. Using Slack, Mailchimp, Trello and other web services, we’ve made a lead generation and capture powerful and manageable.

How does it work?

ICC integrations are built to bridge Whichit’s ICC with popular applications and pass lead information to applications of your choice.

Information sent to your system via integrations

  • Email Addresses
  • User preferences captured by ICC units
  • Additional fields if they exist on for the lead, e.g. phone number, name, address etc.

Integrations can be edited after creation.

  • To change details like name, email address or any details entered on adding integration just click the pencil icon on the relevant integration. Click the V button to apply changes.
  • For Slack integrations, only the name can be edited.
  • Updating email addresses will deactivate integration and require additional verification if there is an active campaign it is preferred to add new integration and delete old integration to prevent missing subscribers until verifying email addresses.
